At the conclusion of your thorough professional sprinkler assessment, you will be provided the repairs needed (if any) and a price for those repairs. Most of our repairs are able to be completed on the first call. If the repair requires specialty parts or more time to complete, we schedule a Project Order Appointment for a repair crew to come back and complete it. If your project has a follow up Project Order appointment, your technician will collect a 50% deposit in order to reserve your appointment on the schedule. For the repair project appointment we require two things, access to your controller for the duration of the repair and balance payment when we are through. If you cannot be home for the repair project, please be sure to make arrangements for both of those things. We encourage you to allow your Blue Sky Rain Technician to run through your system with you when the repairs are completed. You want to see your system running like a charm, right?
