Irrigation Maintenance
All Garden Photos on the Blue Sky Rain Web Site are brought to you by proper irrigation provided by Blue Sky  Rain.  The Iris is irrigated by Rain Bird Rotors that provide overlapping head-to-head coverage of the surrounding turf and this island.

Healthy Plant Material and Happy Customers is what we are all about.  We have developed a maintenance offering with those two things in mind.  For just $225 per year, you will receive three scheduled maintenance service calls per year.  That’s a substantial savings to ensure your system stays in top condition during the whole growing season [1]. 
Blue Sky Rain Maintenance Agreement

All Three Service Calls

v  Perform an inspection of the system.  Completely run through the entire system checking for leaks and anything overgrown or not functioning properly.  Provide a written assessment of needed repairs or modifications recommended.


Winter Shut-Down

·         Open all the known valves and allow the system to drain.

·         Turn off the water to the system and Turn the Controller Off.

 

Spring Start-Up
·         Turn the water on.
·         Test the Controller and Set the Proper Irrigation Schedule for the time of year.
·         Make Adjustments as needed to Sprinkler Heads if they are adjustable.
·         Install a new Battery in the Controller and any SVC Battery-Operated Controllers.

Summer Service

·         Test the Controller and Set the Proper Irrigation Schedule for the time of year.

·         Make Adjustments as needed to Sprinkler Heads if they are adjustable.

·         Check the Rain Sensor.
